The integrity risk is the risk that the integrity of PNO Media is compromised as a result of unsound or unethical conduct of the organisation, its staff or fund management. In order to control this risk, we screen newly employed staff in relation to integrity sensitive duties, introduce an adequate separation of duties and apply the four-eye principle. PNO Media further has a code of conduct applicable to all members of the Board, the Executive Board and all staff. The fund has also appointed a compliance officer who supervises compliance with the code of conduct and reports to the Board accordingly.
