The PNO Media Visitation Committee consists of a minimum of three and maximum of five persons. They are independent, external experts who have no business relationship with or are not employed by an organisation authorised to appoint or nominate Board members. Nor do they have a business relationship with or are employed by an organisation where the external auditor or the advisory or certifying actuary is employed. The Visitation Committee delivers an independent opinion on the performance by the Board.
