The PNO Media Oversight Body consists of nine members. Three members represent the participants of the fund, three members the affiliated employers, two members the pensioners and one member represents the former participants. They are selected from and nominated by the PNO Media Member’s Council, with the exception of the employers’ representation. Those members are nominated by the Media Employers’ Association. The Board reports its actions on the policy pursued, the implementation of the policy and compliance with the Principles for proper pension fund management to the Oversight Body. The body bases its judgement on the question whether the Board has taken a balanced view of the interests of all parties having an interest in the fund in relation to (the implementation of) the policy pursued and the choices made by the Board with regard to the future policy.
