The PNO Media Board consists of sixteen members. Eight members (the employers’ members) are appointed by the Media Employers’ Association. The other eight members (the employees’ members) are appointed by the unions of FNV KIEM, CNV Dienstenbond, Nederlandse Vereniging van Journalisten and De Unie.
The Board is responsible for enforcing the Articles of Association, rules and regulations and agreements. The Board is also responsible for managing the fund. The managing committee, consisting of the chairman, the secretary and their deputies, maintains contact with the Executive Board and the Presidium of the Members’ Council
